It all began with this photo, that I decided to manipulate what I have taken into black & white or similar photos. Here is another one:
I've been on a search for a mysterious mountain. I've been looking for that mountain because I see it almost everyday and everywhere. I see it when I'm driving home from work, I see it when I take a walk along the riverside. Where is this mountain? It must be so high up because all other mountains here don't have snowcap even in October anymore.

In the search for the mountain, I went back to Steveston. I am so thankful that I came because I got to explore the 20th century shipyard. These photos become so much more meaningful once formatted into black and white.
And I finally found it! I saw it in Steveston, but the view was blocked by the shipyard. Since I recall seeing it on my way home, I figure it's on the south side and decided to explore Iona Beach (it's by the Vancouver International Airport). It was a good guess. Unfortunately the weather today was just way too cloudy. I had to turn this photo into black and white to even be able to view its contour.
