Lomo Spinner X Kodak 400

Spinner 360° 裡面的使用手冊有提到過，用 Spinner 360° 可以有助於認識新朋友。對於這一點我是百分百同意。

第一次使用 Spinner 360° 是在我家附近。當時是星期六的早上突然鄰居見到我手持 Spinner 360° 又將其放在頭上有點形跡可疑所以過來湊熱鬧。就這樣和鄰居的小朋友玩起來。

下午帶著 Spinner 360° 到市中心，剛好遇到某個特別活動，隨身的 Spinner 360° 又立刻成為眾人的焦點。可能是因為在加拿大還尚未流行吧？但話說回來，LOMO 要在北美流行其實有點困難，因為底片已經近乎被淘汰，洗相的成本太高，根本像我這樣的人可以用怪物形容。

上圖最左側（也是右側）的紅磚醫院就是我目前 rotation 的所在。

終於有機會將上次的成果上載過來！

第一次帶著 LOMO Spinner 周圍走動，

也是第一次使用 lomography 出的 REDSCALE NEGATIVE 35MM FILM/36 EXP.

My New Toy - Lomography Spinner 360°

我終於買 Spinner 360° 啦！其實暑假前看到就好心動，最近因為 blog 友 Pink 的慫恿（沒錯，真的是被慫恿的）所以買了。當然如果自己不是真的想買別人又怎能左右我？哈哈！

看起來很好玩吧？本來還在想不知道幾時可以出去，但靈機一動，這週末放 long weekend，所以看來我又要出去玩啦！

德國鹹豬手

去黃石公園的 itinerary 的其中一站就是在 Leavonworth 吃德國鹹豬手。這裡是出名的德國村，只停留兩個小時有點可惜，因為吃完後沒有太多時間可以讓我們到處走。

雖然是旺季，其實到黃石公園的旅客已經少很多了。一來因為不少人都去過，二來經濟不景氣大家也沒有太多閒錢可以用。聽說之前的老忠實是圍滿了一圈又一圈的人，而其實我們去的時候並沒有那麼多人。這次的 tour 其實也是合併幾間公司的，所以才會一個五十人的大巴士坐到滿滿的。另外一種效應就是食物變得比較好吃。沒有排山倒海的旅客，這些豬蹄才醃的比較入味。至於餐廳也沒有爆滿的現象。

King Ludwig's Restaurant

這個鹹豬手真的好好吃。外皮脆肉又嫩，醃得很入味。配上酸的 cabbage 薯仔沙拉就不會膩，非常可口。配上德國啤酒，可以算是人間極品。不過當然這種東西對身體的負擔太大充其量一年吃一次就夠了。

Dry Falls

看到這裡絕對想不到它曾經是瀑布。

地點：7 miles southwest of Coulee City in Northeast Washington

位於華盛頓洲，這個乾瀑布有 Niagara Falls 的十倍大！

"Flood waters, perhaps 300 feet above you, once rushed over these cliffs.

During the ice age, glaciers to the north blocked the Columbia River and forced it to find a new route.  The river, swollen from melting glacial ice, began to carve a new channel here.  But that was only the beginning.

A river in Idaho found no way around its ice dam.  The river filled its valley with a huge latke that flooded many square miles of Montana - until the ice dam broke.  With a flow up to ten times the combined flow of all the rivers of the world, the lake emptied across Idaho and onto eastern Washington.  Much of the water rushed through the new channel opened by the Columbia River.  The turbulent water enlarged the channel and created huge waterfalls.  Eastern Washington was scoured by many such floods, each lasting only a few weeks.

When the last flood subsided, large areas of eastern Washington were left scarred with dry channels called coulees.  This one, the Grand Coulee, is the largest.  Cutting across the coulee is Dr Falls.  This 3.5 mile wide and over 400 foot tall group of scalloped cliffs was at one time the largest waterfall in the world."

Mammoth Hot Springs

其實這裡已經幾乎沒有溫泉噴出來了，但還是一大景點。八月中旬，烈日照在這裡依然耀眼燦爛。這是一種屬於碳酸鈣的礦物，而最不可思議的就是它能構成梯田的形狀。不可否認，大自然真的很奇妙。

上圖是已經乾竭的 Mammoth Hot Spring。看到這裡我有ㄧ事不明，為什麼溫泉最後會乾枯呢？是因為水都蒸發了嗎？

有朋友向我反應不能進入我的相簿，所以在此將一些拍得比較好的照片登出。這次去也有拍 Holga（並且是用 120）但是尚未有機會沖洗，所以日後會再補上。
